Multi-level Group Fitness Classes ~ Join Us Anytime!

  • Starting September 7

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday at 5:30am

  • Location:  In Franklin, NH at Bessie Rowell Community Center, Odell Park, and Virtually

  • Fees:   

    • Unlimited Group Training - $125 per month

    • Week to Week 3 class pass - $30 

    • Drop in to any class for $12.​

Run & Walk Club

Our Run & Walk Club is resuming on September 7... Join us for this family friendly weekly exercise event on Tuesdays at 5:30pm at River Street in Franklin.  Get moving on this beautiful river run and walk!​

Personal Fitness Training

 

Personalized 15 minute trainings for those that are just getting started ... are short on time ... or are reintroducing fitness back into their lives.  Work one on one with Coach Jen, 3 times each week on zoom for 15 minutes, and get started with healthy living!  

Fees:  3 fifteen minute trainings each week - $65

 

Personalized 45 minute training sessions are another option to advance your fitness and health; Individualized training and guidance designed for your unique body and life.

Fees:  $65 per training session​

A multi-level fitness class that is different every day. A combination of strength, cardio, core, and flexibility training. Our group fitness schedule will work your entire body while helping you find balance and well- being physically, emotionally, and spiritually. There is a focus on mindfulness and breath throughout each class. Many participants describe this class as their moving meditation. They strengthen and tone their bodies while releasing the stress and burdens they brought to the workout. This group is for you if you want to feel better, get stronger, increase your energy, and be surrounded by a group of people who want to feel good and support each other while reaching their goals. All fitness levels welcome. All you need is an open mind, dumbbells, and a yoga mat.

All in-person classes are held at the Bessie Rowell Community Center. If the community center closes for any reason (COVID concerns), all classes will be moved to virtual and continued as scheduled. 

If I have to cancel a class that you already signed up for, I will schedule a makeup class. In cases of inclement weather, I will post online the evening before and move the class to virtual.​
